Literacy course

The Foundation has launched a literacy project for foreign students of different classes and orders at the ‘Devitofrancesco – Giovanni XXIII – Binetto’ Comprehensive School Institute in the municipality of Grumo Appula (BA), Carla Mercurio’s native area. The aim is to enable the students to acquire and develop communicative competence in the Italian language, both in reading and writing, thus actively contributing to the fight against educational poverty and early school leaving, while promoting the social inclusion of the new generations.
